Until now, Ravelin Dashboard users looking to monitor their fraud KPIs, create reports, and get a better understanding of their fraud utilized the Analytics section for pre-calculated metrics and the Query Tool for deep dives into raw data.

We’ve combined the best of both worlds to create the Insights section, serving as your new central location for all reporting.

By bringing these tools together, Ravelin provides a single, intuitive interface to manage every report in your arsenal. Whether you need a quick pulse-check on performance or a granular investigation into transaction anomalies, you can find it all within Insights.

Unrivalled reporting flexibility

All metrics and dashboards that were previously available in Analytics are now available in Insights, alongside all the sources, fields, and functionality previously found in the Query Tool.

Insights also comes equipped with pre-populated preset reports. This handy collection of reports is designed to help you get the most out of Ravelin reporting quickly by providing a starting point for your analysis.

To access the migrated dashboards, go to "Boards" in Insights.

Pre-built product overviews are available within the Boards page within the "Preset" section.

The new Insights section also includes enhanced "Favorite" functionality, allowing you to star your most important Boards for instant access on your homepage.

Build queries with AI

We know that building complex reports can be time-consuming. Navigating vast datasets to find the right field or source often requires deep technical knowledge.

Following on from the popular AI fraud rule builder, Ravelin’s new AI query builder makes report creation as simple as having a conversation.

Instead of manually selecting every parameter, you can now simply describe what you need, and AI will do the heavy lifting.

For example, you can simply type: "Show me a breakdown of transactions over the last 3 months by market."

Then, the AI-driven query builder will:

• decide whether a Standard or Aggregate report is best

• automatically populate the necessary sources and fields

• configure date ranges, filters, and breakdowns

This update significantly reduces manual effort, allowing your team to focus on strategy rather than configuration.

Collaboration made easy

Data is most valuable when it's shared. Ravelin has nifty features that let you collaborate with teammates in real-time.

Simply build your report or board in Insights and then share them with your team by adding relevant users via settings.

Alternatively, share reports by clicking “Get shareable link”, copying the link to your clipboard, and then sending it to your team.

The report will be accessible to anyone with a user account that has permission to use Insights.
