The Banker's Joy Macknight on collaboration, banking and blockchain

Joy Macknight is the Deputy Editor of The Banker. She’s an expert commentator in the fintech industry, and has previously written for titles including GTNews and Banking Technology covering treasury, transactional banking and the growing fintech markets.

In today’s podcast, Joy and I talk about the the changes she’s witnessed over the years - such as where the fintech industry is heading, and whether traditional banks should re-think their business and consumer strategies. She mentions the differences between traditional and challenger banks, and how traditional banks no longer fear the fintechs "because they want to bring their own innovation into the industry."
