Specialized in innovative payment methods (Apple Pay, PSP), regulatory compliance (PSD2), and fraud prevention, Benjamin supports companies in their international payment strategies. He is recognised for his ability to coordinate multidisciplinary teams and deliver complex projects in Agile environments.

Lea shapes Back Market's payment and fraud product vision across 18 markets and 20+ payment methods. She leads cross-functional initiatives to streamline payments, reduce fraud risk, and drive the company's expansion into subscription-based revenue - balancing security with seamless customer experiences.

Her main areas of expertise include payment fraud prevention, risk management, payment ecosystem optimisation, and data-driven product strategy. She previously worked at JPMorgan Chase, where she contributed to the Chase UK credit card launch and worked across payments, fraud, and open banking.

Coming from an economics background, Jamie George has been with Ravelin for over eight years. Earning his stripes in Sales initially, he launched and managed both the Account Management and Partnerships teams at the AI-native fraud & payments company.

Today, he serves as VP of these teams, working tirelessly and strategically to support Ravelin's clients and partners to tackle fraud and risk across the entire customer journey.

As a Data Scientist in the Detection team since 2023, Jerome excels at developing machine learning features with strong predictive power, helping to minimise risk and support the secure growth of online merchants.

A Physics graduate hailing from Canada, Jono has built a career defined by technical variety and complex engineering challenges. His journey as a software engineer took him from the video gaming industry to the aerospace sector – where he successfully transmitted commands to satellites orbiting Earth – and the fast-paced world of on-demand transport apps.

Jono holds the distinction of being Ravelin’s first-ever employee, helping to build our solutions' foundations from the very beginning. Today, he serves as Chief Technology Officer, where he leverages his deep institutional knowledge and diverse technical background to drive the company's engineering strategy.

Head of Strategy at Worldpay

As Head of Strategy, Haydon is responsible for the company’s AI strategy and its response to the technology’s adoption by the broader ecosystem. He spent much of 2025 both shaping and navigating the emerging agentic commerce space.

Previously, he led Corporate Strategy and Corporate Development at Worldpay, where he worked closely with the Ravelin team during their integration with Worldpay.
