With a background in Political Science, Diplomacy and Trade Negotiations, Ruben began his technology career at IBM. Starting out in project and programme management, he led complex IT service integrations before moving into a client services commercial leadership role.

This experience in managing large-scale technical projects and strategic client relationships led him to Ravelin where, as Client Operations Director, he helps clients to more easily adopt new products and ensuring Ravelin's solutions scale operationally to meet increased global demand.
