Andy is currently Global Fraud Manager at Deliveroo - a London based food & grocery delivery company operating in 12 markets globally. He has been working in fraud prevention roles for over 6 years and currently heads up the team that covers all aspects of payment fraud, account takeovers, restaurant fraud, customer abuse and chargebacks for Deliveroo. Prior to Deliveroo, Andy worked in the Tripadvisor Trust & Safety team and the tech startup Paddle managing the risk & compliance team.
Olivier Erol, Fraud Manager - Back Market
Olivier entered the fraud world at PayPal where he reviewed his first fraudulent transactions and accounts. He then continued his journey at Etsy and moved up the fraud prevention ladder where he specialized in chargebacks. He's now at Back Market to protect the company against all types of fraud, from online payment fraud to ATO.

In the past nine years, Marcus has been exclusively working in the field of payments and fraud. In these various roles, he have gained insights into an endless numbers of fraud patterns which he's happy to share.
