Ravelin is a leading fraud prevention company. We are committed to delivering secure and innovative solutions for our customer while prioritising sustainability, diversity &amp; inclusion, and strong governance.

We aim to build trust and credibility with our investors, customers, and employees by transparently reporting on our environmental, social, and governance performance.

The purpose of the ESG team at Ravelin is to:

- Identify areas for improvement
- Maintain the ESG initiatives that are currently working
- Set meaningful goals and track progress
- Mitigate risk and enhance resilience
- Unlock opportunities for positive societal impact

By thoughtfully integrating ESG considerations into our business and reporting frameworks, we will demonstrate our commitment to making informed decisions that prioritise the wellbeing of our employees, planet, and society.

### **Environmental Strategy**

**Carbon Footprint Reduction**

We prioritise partnerships with cloud providers who are committed to achieving net-zero emissions.

Our Remote-first policy significantly reduces the need for commuting and reduces the environmental impact associated with traditional office spaces.

**Sustainability Initiatives**

Our Green Procurement strategy ensures that we choose eco-friendly office supplies and equipment for our employees, ensuring that our procurement practices align with our sustainability goals.

**Recycling &amp; Energy Conservation**

We invest in carbon offset programs to neutralise any remaining carbon emissions from business activities, including virtual conferences and cloud operations.

We are committed to recycling electronic devices responsibly by partnering with certified e-waste recyclers who ensure that all components are disposed of or repurposed in an environmentally friendly manner.

**Equality, Diversity &amp; Inclusion**

We are committed to introducing well-researched, evidence-based best practices that target ED&amp;I areas we want to maintain and areas we want to improve. We ultimately want to set the company up for maximum success by avoiding hurting ourselves through unintentional or unseen bias.

Our five ED&amp;I principles:

1. We will prioritise employee feedback to identify areas where we can do better.
2. We will assume good intentions from Ravelinos when we discuss issues surrounding ED&amp;I, and work to have constructive conversations even if they are difficult.
3. We will strive to understand the ED&amp;I landscape in our industry and be among the best companies that are implementing industry best practices successfully. We will continue to commit resources towards maintaining the inclusive culture we have, as well as approaching new initiatives considerately, with a view to continuously improve.
4. We will hold ourselves accountable to our ED&amp;I commitments, regularly reporting to the Board and wider company.
5. We will not introduce performative measures that serve as tick-box exercises.

ED&amp;I areas to maintain:

- Age: We have a wide range of ages across the company. This means we need to make sure our culture around learning and support, both in work and personal wellbeing, remains strong, ensuring the team is set up for success.

- Religion: We have a wide range of practised religions across the company. We need to make sure our culture remains inclusive to all those practising a religion.

- Neurodiversity: We have some on the team who are neurodiverse. We need to make sure our culture remains inclusive to all types of thinkers, and psychologically safe enough for people to ask for any reasonable adjustments they may need.

  
Employee Wellbeing and Development** 

Ravelin is a remote-first company providing comprehensive support for remote work, including mental health resources, and flexible working hours to accommodate diverse needs. We provide access to professional development opportunities, including training on the latest trends in payment fraud prevention and cybersecurity, as well as leadership.

**Charity &amp; Volunteering**

Our “Ravelin Gives Back” initiative provides donations to employee nominated charities on a monthly basis. We also encourage and arrange for our employees to participate in community projects with paid volunteer time off.
