🏠 **Remote-first working**: It’s up to you whether you come in to the office or work from home – we’re happy either way! We also support Ravelinos who work internationally, on a temporary or permanent basis, through our partner, Deel.

🍹**Socials &amp; microsocials**: We do our best to include everyone in our social activities, whether remote or always in the office! Anyone at Ravelin can organize a social. If you’re into roller discos, cocktail evenings, cheese tastings, archery or whatever else floats your boat, get it in the calendar!

🌞 **Monthly wellbeing and learning day**: Ravelinos take every last Friday of the month off to recharge or learn something new – up to you!

**🎓£1000 annual learning and wellness budget**: Prioritize your health, wellbeing and learning needs with funds for fitness, mental health, and more. Ravelin provides budget for learning and development, including conferences and books, every year.

**🤗 Mental health support**: Your mental wellbeing is our top priority. We’ve partnered with Spill to provide round-the-clock access to therapists, we offer a 24/7 employee assistance program through Bupa, and we also book wellbeing days into everyone’s calendar each month.

💙 **Charity &amp; volunteering**: Every month, we make donations to worthwhile causes. Our very own Ravelinos are able to nominate charities through our Ravelin Gives Back initiative. We also organize in-person volunteering opportunities throughout the year.

**⏰ Flexible hours**: Early risers and late starters are all welcome! We trust you to get work done on your own terms.

🏝️**Ample annual leave**: Enjoy 25 days off a year + 1 per year of service + 1 for cultural reasons – in addition to giving you the last Friday of every month off!

🏥 **Private medical cover**: Comprehensive medical cover through Bupa or US equivalents, including dental, optical, and flu jabs.

👴🏼 **Pension scheme**: All new team members join our employer-contributed pension scheme.

**👩🏻‍💼 Home working budget**: When you join Ravelin, we'll make sure you have everything you need to work comfortably and effectively from home, if you wish to.

🧘 **Fitness**: If keeping active and staying fit is your thing, you can enjoy both online and real-life classes and sessions via wellbeing partner, Heka. We also organize fitness-focused microsocials for you to join and enjoy with fellow Ravelinos, and run Ravelin Active, a sports pitch rental program.

🍲 **For the foodies**: We offer lunches twice a month where the food is on us! On top of that, the office kitchen cupboards are stocked with treats and goodies on a weekly basis.

🐶 **Borrow My Doggy scheme**: Borrow or lend a pooch through your Ravelin-sponsored membership of the Borrow my Doggy service. We love dogs at Ravelin!

🚲 **Cycle to work scheme**: Ravelin is part of the UK government's cycle to work scheme through Cyclescheme. There's no limit to the amount you can spend on a bicycle and/or safety accessories.
