Applied AI meetup #5

Applied AI meetup #5

Last week we had our first Applied AI meetup of 2017 at Campus London. It was a great night that showcased three speakers all using the power of AI to solve real-world problems. First from Logameal, we heard from Guillermo Christen who told us about teaching machines how to recognise food and why you would even try.

Ekaterina Volkova-Volkmar followed with a talk that explained how she and her team at Codec use machine learning to show marketers the content that resonates most with their target audiences.

The third and final speaker was our very own Fabian Peters, who walked the audience through how we at Ravelin make sure our models are reliable and safe to deploy while minimising the amount of manual labour.

All three videos are below in chronological order. Enjoy!
